I’m not about to name every single city like the OP did, but I’ve been throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean islands of course, the northern part of South America, England, France, Switzerland, Italy, Israel, Greece, and Turkey.

Perhaps a better question would be: Where have you not been that is in your bucket list? For me, I have yet to visit the southern parts of South America, Portugal, Spain, the Scandinavian countries, Australia, and New Zealand.

Excellent question--like anyone else cares. Sounds more like a person trying to prop up low self esteem.

You know, there have been many people over the years who when they see my ballcap that says U.S. Navy Retired, they come up to me and thank me for my service.

My reply is that it was a pleasure to serve, and where else can a poor dumb country boy from Montana travel the world and get paid for it?

The Navy has given me the opportunity to visit 49 different states (only missing Alaska, which is on my bucket list), and 26 different countries. I've been as far West as Hawaii, as far East as the Persian Gulf, as far South as Rio de Janero Brazil, and as far North as above the Arctic Circle. Thanks to the Navy (and my ability to follow their rules for over 20 years and be a productive member of that organization), I've managed to cover a large portion of the planet. And all of that without having to get a passport, as my ID was good enough for the countries I visited while deployed.

If you want an interesting job with lots of travel, and you qualify for enlistment, I can't think of a better way to go than the U.S. Navy.

Well, I've been basically everywhere on ChemEngr's list except China - and I have no intention or desire to go there. Also, Banff, and I've never heard of "Concord." Banff is on the bucket list, as is a train ride across western Canada, if I can work that out.

Most of those visits were part of a day, just enough to see a few local highlights.

Contrast this to people who vacation at the same place with the same people every year...and there are a TON of people who do that.

I'm not big on travel, never have been. Hate planes, hate boats, love the train though.

I've been around Texas, no place in particular. I've seen the Alamo, what a disappointment that was.
I've been through New Mexico and Arizona going to Mexifornia......I've driven and taken the train.
I've been to San Francisco, which was some interesting shopping, but otherwise it's just a filthy, disgusting, stinking city with nasty people in it. Been to Sacramento, which is a lot like Dallas, minus the huge downtown area.
I've been through Louisiana. Been to the horse races and casinos in Shreveport. Been through all of the coastal southern states by bus to get to Miami, Fl. Was NOT impressed at all. Very dull and boring place. Stayed there with my sister for a month and left.
Been to Las Vegas twice. Once when I was 4 years old, lived there in a trailer park. Second time was in 1994 when I won a trip there. Didn't really impress me. Got to see Joan Rivers in person though, which was awesome.
Went to the Hoover Dam.......which wasn't impressive either. But those gigantic black fish that were hanging around the tourist store......now THOSE things were impressive!!!!

Thats about it.

I have always wanted to go on a Haunted Tour Vacation to a bunch of haunted places in the US and Canada.
I've always wanted to go on a roller coaster vacation as well.
I'd love to go to Canada, but that's out of the question now, since the Canadian goobermint won't let you in, unless you've had the DNC's KoolAid jab.

Aside from that.......I'm not really interested in travelling or see places.

Probably the only place I would really like to see overseas is Stonehenge. But that's never going to happen.
