How long have they been doing this? I don't think even the EU countries restrict travel like this

As far as I know every highway leading into California there is eventually (sometimes a few miles into the state) a station where all vehicles must stop. They always ask if you have any fruit, if you say no, they wave you on. It's been this way for as long as I can remember.

In the land of fruit and nuts, there's bound to be fruit sitting in a lot of the cars.As far as I know every highway leading into California there is eventually (sometimes a few miles into the state) a station where all vehicles must stop. I guess I'm used to Michigan/Ohio/Indiana. Agriculture check point....Arizona has them too.As far as I know every highway leading into California there is eventually (sometimes a few miles into the state) a station where all vehicles must stop. Funny thing for the cultists to get their panties in a bunch over, con-sidering these checkpoints have been around for a long time....decades. They just moved the one in Yermo (I-15) to just at the border at Primm NV.California still likes to pretend they produce something besides almonds for China and porn.
Agriculture check point....happens all the time. Sometimes they WILL stop you and simply ask if you have any fresh fruit and vegetables you are bringing into CA. The fruit fly is a serious serious problem. It's almost impossible to decipher what's going on in that video - it says something about stopping but the driver is moving the entire time and never comes to a stop, nor does anybody else on the road as far as I can determine. Can you provide some context?

Most of the comments agree with you. They said it's about agriculture and tell him he needs to get out more. I've never been to California either and I'm not used to being stopped like I'm going to MexicoAs far as I know every highway leading into California there is eventually (sometimes a few miles into the state) a station where all vehicles must stop. Then you'd really hate our immigration check points. Most of the comments agree with you. They said it's about agriculture and tell him he needs to get out more. I've never been to California either and I'm not used to being stopped like I'm going to Mexico
