The pizza costs 8 bucks and the delivery boy gets a 10 dollar bill. Times are tough and you might blame the pizza company for the rigged price. Hardly an international issue.

P.S. I wonder how many pizzas were purchased for it to be as much as $40.00. A large Little Caesar's pepperoni pizza in my area I believe is $7.67 with tax right now.

$40 divided by $8/pizza equals five pizzas.

^^^ If five of the $8.00 pizzas is what the person purchased. Their price could've been so much due to pizza sizes and however many toppings they were wanting for each that were purchased. If salads and wings are on the menu, they could've been a part of the order too.
