Most commonly encountered problem for women in general is lack of orgasms. They and men both don't understand how sex works, men thinking their penis has something to do with it, women their vagina. A woman's pleasure is almost entirely about her clitoris. Has nothing to do with a guy's penis inside or not a woman's vagina - that doesn't make a woman orgasm AT ALL.
