How much money did Georgia's quarterback Carson Beck get to leave and transfer to Miami? The man is now paid more than most professional quarterbacks.

I personally wonder how much NIL money was paid to Kai Trump for signing to play golf at Miami. She could have gotten a full ride anywhere. They wanted the name recognition.

My college team's quarterback signed a huge NIL deal a couple of years ago and then up and transferred to Oregon where he went on to have stellar seasons and now plays in the pros, probably making only slightly more than he got from Oregon. I don't blame him for transferring because our coach was eventually fired. I do blame the money that has ruined college football.

Look at Tennessee's Nico Iamaleava, who turned tail and ran to UCLA because TN wasn't ponying up enough NIL money. Fortunately, UCLA is a bust this year and probably lost on the deal.

Need any more examples?
 
If they had that NIL stuff when I was an undergrad, I might have made enough money to buy one cup of coffee at Dunkin.'

You know the difference in Auburn and Alabama fans?

Auburn fans either attended the school or know someone that did. Try finding an Alabama fan who says that and it's the truth.
