The "knock out game" is not a blow to whites economically. However, when they do studies that show that resumes with names that sound "black" gets rejected at much higher rates than resumes with "white" sounding names, all other information being comparable......such helps to preserve white economic superiority over blacks and it did not take place 60 years ago.
