P F Tinmore, Daniyel, et al,
The issue of Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman is really more of an internal and domestic matter. But American should not be apprehensive; recognizing that an advocate of a strong central government on matters of economics, trade and commerce is NOT the same thing as a "fascist;" as opponents paint him. Heaven knows that here in the US, the Patriot Act and the Federal Reserve Act are just two examples of very strong centralized powers.
While fascism does support dictatorial powers, Minister Lieberman seems to be concentrating more on a strong defense authority, which is less politicized. That is much different from implementation of strong dictatorial control across the entire spectrum of government. The mutual beneficial points deal with the nationalism that cultivates an environment that is focused on the defense of the nation's sovereignty, the protection of the citizenry from foreign military coercion, and the preservation of the culture and history; free from the consequences of Palestinian Jihad, Radicalized Islamic Movements, Muslim Extremism, and the external interference by global political orders that do not operate in Israel's best interest.
The problem always been the fact that dealing with the Palestinians is not just a
one side, I'm excited to share this one thou;
Lieberman wants to bypass PA, talk directly with Palestinians - Israel News
It would be interesting to find who he considers "the Palestinians" to be.
Not the tyrannical PA[Fatah] to begin with, it would be far more interesting to see what they actually want.

Yes, well the definition of a "Palestinian" rests with the strict interpretation of the "citizenship." But there are inherent problems in going directly to the people; first among these problems is the impact of
fanatically Muslims and there attempt to save us all, even if we do not adhere to their [Golden Age of Islam
(7th to 13th centuries)] Shira Law; which itself is torn between two strands and locked in a deadly confrontation between Sunni and Shi'ite. Both sects believe that they each subscribe to the proper interpretation
(understood as the unalterable divine law).
The very odd thing is that Islam is more authoritarian than anything the Defense Minister suggests. Now this is were it get interesting! According to one of the more influential groups of Hostile Arab Palestinians (HoAP), "Palestine is an
Islamic Waqf consecrated for future Moslem
(an inalienable religious endowment in Islamic law, typically donating to the Muslim religious or charitable purposes with no intention of reclaiming the assets)." And these influential HoAP also profess that: "This Waqf remains as long as earth and heaven remain. Any procedure in contradiction to Islamic Sharia, where Palestine is concerned, is null and void."
In this sense, before you can answer the question of whether or not Citizenship must be decided Sharia Law. And in that context, does Sharia Law even allow the considerations of the Basic Law or even International Law.
Who is a Palestinian --- it is unknown. What is known is that the Human Rights Council is completely taken over by Islamist and the Council may not mention Islam and may even say the word "Sharia." (Testimony in the video...)
Most Respectfully,
