No. That is your interpretation of the Mandate. You interpret the Mandate to say that the Jewish National Home can not be Jewish or a Nation, contrary to the clear intent and wording of the Mandate. You interpret the Mandate to exclude the Jewish people from the same inherent and inalienable rights that other peoples have.

It is ridiculously easy to argue that the Mandate, as well as international humanitarian law, says that ALL peoples should have rights to self-determination and self-governance. You have to work really hard to argue the opposite.
