What will happen if Trump go to jail befote inauguration ?

It’s what you consider and wish the law did
I'm just stating what the law says:

"Sentence. When the court imposes a sentence of unconditional discharge, the defendant shall be released with respect to the conviction for which the sentence is imposed without imprisonment, fine or probation supervision. A sentence of unconditional discharge is for all purposes a final judgment of conviction."

One piss ass state’s witch hunted condemnation means Zero and Americans Know that. You feel differently
No, I do not feel differently. The trial was a sham, we all know that. I've stated it many times. Same with all the other bullshit attempts to keep him off the ballot.

No, the discharge from the court does not equal a pardon.

Trump will always be a felon, with its restrictions, unless and until a governor pardons him.
Unconditional discharge means no penalties.

Pardons don't erase or vacate convictions, they just remove any penalty. They do not expunge.

Same thing the judge is doing here, it just has a different label.

For all intents and purposes, pardons do. They restore your right to vote and possess firearms. It is as if the conviction never occurred. Commutations do not do that.
