Evidently he doesn't buy gas, buy groceries, pay taxes, have anyone in his family trying to buy a house, trying to get a mortgage, kids in school, live in an urban area, any family member in the military, any jews in the family ....

During 2016 debates Hillary Clinton said it is “awfully good that someone with the temperament of Donald Trump is not in charge of the law in our country.”
Trump blasted back, “Because you’d be in jail.”
A few moments earlier, Trump had said he’d instruct his attorney general to appoint a special prosecutor who would investigate the tens of thousands of emails that Clinton deleted when she was secretary of state.
After saying people across the country were “furious” with Clinton, Trump said, “So we’re going to get a special prosecutor, and we’re going to look into it.” He added: “It’s a disgrace. And honestly, you ought to be ashamed of yourself.”
And Trump had weaponized the DOJ to go after Clinton. They did not stop until a few days before Trump left office. Of course they found NADA. Not everybody is as crooked as the Trump family.

Please link an article that proves Hillary deleted material after the subpeana was issued.
Trump is not charged with having classified material.
He is charged with obstruction of justice and conspired to obstruct and making false statements and something with the espionage act.
He wasn't allowed to have them. That is why they were subpeanad but Trump ignored it.
