George Floyd was the victim of the Great Society, the War on Poverty, and Affirmative Action, not Derek Chauvin.

George Floyd was the victim of Derek Chauvin kneeling on his neck for eight minutes cutting off oxygen.

All while being handcuffed and surrounded by three armed policemen

George Floyd was a dead man walking and you know it. No matter what the cops did or didn't do - he was a dead man - of his own doing. He was filled to the rim with fentanyl and was OD'ing. But yeah, blame the cops - not the asshole.

I disagree.
First of all, the reason Floyd likely had drugs in his system was to get rid of them to avoid arrest.
And arrest that is unwarranted.
The whole War on Drugs is totally illegal, as it defends the rights of no one.
And if he had ingested too many drugs, then a trip to the hospital would have prevented death.
That is not what he died from.
So everything was the fault of the cops, and the cops did everything wrong.

Prove to me that the "arrest" was unwarranted. If he was fighting police officers - he was committing a crime. So again, prove to me that the arrest was "unwarranted"....

Nope...as the witness video shows.
Don't resist arrest = live.
Resist arrest = possibly die.

This should be tattooed on every Blacks forehead.

It's true that if Floyd had not resisted arrest he'd be alive. But that doesn't justify that the cop turned around and choked him to death. Chauvin was guilty. I agree with you that I don't like Floyd being hailed as any sort of great person, he wasn't. But it's not up to the cops to kill crappy people on the street, it just isn't
I think that people should understand that if you resist arrest you might well die. None of this $27 million to his family because he resisted arrest. Now everyone will do it even more. Should just have shot him.

So if you want the penalty for resisting arrest to be death by cop on the street, get that enacted into the law.

Most people think punishments should be proportional to the crime and cops should not be allowed to be judges on the street. But you can make your case.

That you're a libertarian is laughable though, you're a statist
I would pass a law that says that no matter who is found guilty or not, nobody can make money off of resisting arrest, not even the dead person's family.

Wrong.
When an arrest is unwarranted, you have a duty to resist.
It is a crime to arrest someone who should not be arrested.
Likely about one of the worst crimes imaginable, because it is not just kidnapping, but abuse of authority.
You resist, you could die, if you haven't learned that by now, you're too stupid for me to help you any further.

Neither did the jury.
The real loss of intelligence is with those who cannot see that what the world saw in that video is exactly what happened and still see nothing wrong with it.

Then you didn't see the whole altercation. Blacks resist arrest because they all want their $10 million like Rodney King. Either that, or they are all just fucking stupid not to realize that they could die if they resist arrest.

Thanks for your honesty.
There was nothing wrong with Chauvin’s actions because blacks are “all just fucking stupid”.
Got it.

I would give the cop a 2 year sentence, because he did something wrong. But most of the blame lies with Floyd for resisting

Dipshit #2: It is impossible to separate asphyxia caused by Chauvin’s knee from asphyxia caused by fentanyl. The National Guard is ready. Was it communist Chinese fentanyl or not?
Says the expert witness.

Blacks resist arrest because they refuse to respect authority.....not to mention the feeling that has been pumped into their brains that cops want to murder them. They fear being taken into custody.

Then there's the specter of thousands of ex-cons being prematurely released into our streets because of COVID concerns. What does an ex-con fear more than anything? Being put in cuffs while being out on parole. They just got out of prison...and now they face going back. After dozens of these convicts resist arrest and get shot...it gives other first-timers the false impression that cops are out to murder them.

Democrats know that they're setting up the perfect scenario for more and more Rodney Kings and George Floyds. They want blacks to die in police custody so they can cause more riots and eventually take our guns.

Clarified for you.

What white authority? Does the lowering of civility have no limits? Very few of the Progs who promote all of this actually believe it. The cops in blue areas are morons if they get proactive in African American communities. And they still do.

The Derek Chauvin trial is revealing a dangerous drop in intelligence in the United States presided over by media, academia, and politics. Americans old enough to remember the verdict in the 1995 OJ Simpson double murder trial witnessed no mass rioting by whites even though Simpson was clearly guilty. Simpson, a black celebrity, killed his estranged wife’s lover by slashing his throat and nearly decapitated her with a knife that was never found.

Simpson then got an airplane with a severely cut hand and fled the scene. What followed was an almost cartoon-like caricature of the US legal system where the venue was changed to make use of a racially tainted population that virtually guaranteed a not guilty finding. The prosecution was comically incompetent relying on the new science of DNA, overwhelming an IQ-challenged jury that could barley comprehend ABC. In defense of the jury, they also knew that if they did not ignore the obvious evidence and free Simpson they would likely have been murdered by an angry mob. Once again, after the verdict, no rioting by whites.

In the ensuing 26 years American higher education, in particular liberal arts, has shifted from educating to indoctrinating and with emergence social media sites like Facebook and Twitter, white intelligence has plummeted to levels so low that life expectancy has dropped in the United States. The resounding theme in American education and its arm banded propaganda media today is that white Americans are bad and must be ethnically cleansed by marginalized minorities via Critical Race Theory with help of “good” whites in order to save democracy.

George Floyd was the victim of the Great Society, the War on Poverty, and Affirmative Action, not Derek Chauvin. The destruction of the nuclear family by white intellectuals put Floyd on the pavement that day so loaded with drugs that his heart gave out. So, in essence, Floyd did die at the hands of White Supremacy imposed on him by white elites that have ruined America by inciting groups to overthrow the country and rebuild it in the image of socialist academic and political aristocracy.

Our system is in dire straits. A ballot stuffed election is the least of our problems. The intelligence of many Americans is so low that they could easily be persuaded to give up all their freedoms and liberties. Meanwhile cities will burn if we do not comply with the plan. Stay tuned.

Right on!

We now know that O.J. would not be convicted because at least three ladies of a certain background were on the jury and would not even consider conviction.

And the jury in Minneapolis had at least three jurors of a certain background who would not even consider exoneration on any of the three charges.

The situation in his country is, well, hopeless.

And it will only get worse in the coming decades.

Read the entire post. It’s spelled there.
I did. Be specific. tell me how the system has always been rigged-
By money. The wealthy have always received a much different level of justice. No?

Yes.

The way so called "justice" works in America is:

The person with the most money to buy the best lawyer wins.
Yet some Americans still believe the fourth grade government school description of justice being blind in America. WTF!

Those are some very stupid people.

The public schools should stop teaching that. Once I realize it was a crock of garbage I started to question everything I learned in school.

They left a lot of stuff out and lied about a lot of other stuff.

We should stop lying to our children in our schools.

You did see a criminal being detained. Criminals deserve to DIE. I don’t think that’s a difficult concept to understand.

That assumes that cops that are involved in these nationwide media campaigns are only white.

1. Police can use deadly force only when the perpetrator is an imminent threat to the lives or physical well-being of other people.

2. Resisting arrest for a minor crime does not give the police the right to kill the person.

3. No one has the right to assume that any other person is in good health and can have physical force used against them without causing lasting harm.

There were HUGE inconsistencies in the O.J. Simpson trial's prosecution case. O.J. was the most convenient person to prosecute. They (and you) never considered any alternative.

Though, it is true that the only reason he was found not guilty is because he paid the BIG BUCKS to his attorneys.

Guilt & innocence have NOTHING to do with any verdict. It's all about the money.

If Chauvin had Simpson's money, he'd have been found not guilty as well.
