Behaviors have an agenda. And over 300+ researchers agree: homosexual orientation is certainly behavioral:

The courts have all ruled unanimously nearly 100% of the time that Same-Sex Marriage needs to be Protected and Allowed for Gays and Lesbians as those citizens are entitled to it under the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. And many more courts will inevitably follow suit and rule the same way while you remain with your draconian points of view that can only serve to not get your Conservative candidates elected. Well, keep it up, as we sure need all of you Republicans Out Of Office PRONTO and Good Riddance!! And it's not 'special' rights Gays seek. It's *EQUAL* rights something your little mind and way of thinking and that of your followers would never be able to comprehend or understand. THE HETEROSEXUAL AGENDA OF FALSE INDOCTRINATIONS IS THE BIGGEST OBSTACLE TO THINKING CLEARLY, FREELY, AND RATIONALLY TODAY.
I'm a democrat and I am 100% against gay marriage. And I'm not alone. Not by a long shot. You may have heard of the Chic Fil-A protests? Catholics upset about what y'all did to their Pope last year?
Besides, not ALL the courts have decided the 14th applies. Utah just "decided" something like that but then put a stay on its own decision before the ink was dry. Why do you suppose?
The US Supreme Court wrote up a little ditty last year called "The United States v Windsor" Opinion. Read pages 14-22.
United States v. Windsor Note their attitude and expressed demeanor about who should ratify gay marriage if at all. It determined and expressed, constitutionally no less, that the sovereign states by their broadest consensus will be the dominate decision makers and not judicial activists.
That the lower courts are not wanting to take the heat from gay blackmail or outright violence [there have been reports] doesn't say much. They all know where this is headed: to the US Supreme Court for a review against Windsor which is what Utah at least is citing as their state's right to define marriage for themselves.
This ain't over baby. Not by a longshot. And now you're going to witness the opposition rolling up their sleeves. You've been reeled out a bit of rope for sure, but you're nearly at the end of your tether.
