If Ukraine has Kursk to trade it can not-unreasonably get a better deal. It’s good optics for Ukraine to be on the offensive SOMEWHERE and they are tying up Russian forces there. And not only there, but all along border Russia is now thinking twice about leaving undefended as it tries to pull resources to front lines.

So certainly there is use. Is it better use than at the eastern front? Tough to say.

Well my Government break many promises but i don't storm Parliament with an AK to overthrow them, and Yanukovych never promised any such thing, he looked at the deal from the EU and the Russian deal and decided the Russian deal was better for his people and Country, the US and NATO didn't like it, and those so called demonstrators were far from peaceful they were led by Nazis like right sector, if rioters had attacked police like that in the US the military would have been on the streets, those rioters were burning police officers alive, revolution of dignity my arse, people don't have a violent coup in a Democracy.
