As you know all "advisors" to the President do not require confirmation. Example:
The National Security Advisor serves as the principal advisor to the President of the United States on all national security issues. The National Security Advisor is appointed by the President and does not require confirmation by the United States Senate.

She took a government position in violation of 5 USC 3110. She didn't take a paycheck because that was the "punishment" for breaking the law.
Which serves as proof that the law was broken.

I ask because based on his actions every good real American I know thinks he “stands for” America, Americans and the American Way.
You can’t take a government position without getting a paycheck.
Prog indoctrinations have destroyed families. For al of us we will get even more divided unless the media and entertainers reduce the blowtorch of pure hate, they spew every day. That in itself has caused most of this. We can come to more agreements. And it will unfortunately take some time from that. Because trust is lacking.

Both were "advisors to the president" and did not require or get Senate confirmation.
In addition, Jared was denied a security clearance, but given one under presidential directive.

It's like there's a law that littering carries a $100 fine.
A person is accused of littering (which you deny), yet he paid the $100 fine.
Paying the penalty imposed for violating a law, is proof you violated the law. It's like pleading guilty.
