The right should stop being surprised about sending failed politicians who either betray them or are simply unable to come through with their promises because the entire system is against them and instead focus on decentralizing power and returning power to the states like the Constitution intended.

Those on the right should be more focused on the Article V movement for states to amend the Constitution in order to help restrain the Federal government through such amendments as term limits for those in Congress and some sort of spending limit. Both are favored by well over half of voters, but neither will see the light of day if states don't amend the Constitution for the first time in history. But that is why the provision was put their by the Founding fathers, to help control the Federal beast if it is called for. This is why over half of voters favor things like term limits but when asked about the approval of Congress it hovers only around 20%. That is our democracy? LOL.

Instead, the right are just focused on Orange man who will do much of the same old, same old.

States need to enforce the immigration laws in this country by fiat. Attack the illegal id and Social Security numbers from the I-9 forms and it will change the landscape.
