What is the legality of Trump's National Guard actions?

Just so we are clear.

The FBI does not, and never has has the power to unilaterally usurp “permission” from te people’s representatives.

Not that Trash Patel knows the difference.
You need a review of the Supremacy Clause.

Much preferable.
We have never been attacked since 1812, so most of what presidents have done has been not just harmful, but illegal.
Like federal drug laws, prohibition, illegal wars, etc.
That sir is the dumbest thing I have ever seen in my life...

You don't know what you are talking about so just STFU....
And show us the law you claim they are breaking...

ICE is conducting raids, arrests, and deportations without due process of judicial hearings.
The Bill of Rights clearly makes that not just illegal, but criminal.
ICE does not have any authority any more than the KKK does.

I don't like Trump but he has the authority to call up the National Guard for shit like this.

I don't believe he has the authority to deploy Marines for riot control. . Active duty military can not be used to enforce domestic policy.

Posse Comitatus Act - Wikipedia
Guess again

President Eisenhower used the Arkansas National Guard over the objection of the governor in 1957

Plus using US Army troops

The Bill of Rights is very clear in how it makes raids, arrests, and deportations illegal without judicial approval.
you tards say the word people means everyone citizen or not... we say people obviously means legal citizens... we are in charge... when and if you are ever back in charge you can decide otherwise if you want....

Immigration laws are for people who want to become citizens.
The feds have no jurisdiction over visitors, migrant workers, non-citizens Spanish land grant owners, natives, etc.
Every nation on earth has the right to close its borders and send people home who have broken laws or have been ordered to leave... that's the due process you speak of....

Rigby5 why the crickets?

No, because the warrants would be defects, in violation of things like the Treaty of Guadelupe Hidalgo, which has clauses to prevent any abuse of use by previous native occupants who were not required to become US citizens.

All of those people are dead. the people here now don't count you blithering idiot.

Rigby5 If your party keeps this up defending criminals like murderers rapist child molesters you will never win another election... is your TDS so bad that you are willing to ram into a political brick wall?...

You need a review of the Supremacy Clause.

The supremacy clause only says that if both state and federal have equal jurisdiction, that then the feds win out.
But when the feds are in violation of individual rights, such as conducting raids, arrests, and deportations without due process, they are criminal and beneath anyone and everyone.
Everyone has the authority to arrest ICE agents because they are criminals.

For the love of god, please try that.
