What is the legality of Trump's National Guard actions?

It is the state and local people who are sovereign and decide things like that.
If you read the treaties under which that third of the country was obtained, the US is not allowed to interfere at all with the Spanish Land Grants, their commerce, travel, etc., and no one in those states can be required to become US citizens or prevented from travel or occupation of their homes.

ICE is totally and completely illegal.
You don't know what you are talking about so just STFU....
And show us the law you claim they are breaking...

Says the asshole with zero support for its bullshit contention.

The Founding Fathers listed the duties of the federal government in two sentences..."to provide for the common defense" and "to promote the general welfare". What happens when a state government is unable or unwilling to provide for the common defense of it's citizens? The National Guard is a logical tool.

ICE is the threat and not the natives.
The natives are not harming anyone or violating any rights.
ICE is.
They are raiding, arresting, and illegally deporting without judicial hearings.

It has to be a day ending in a “y.”

Is he the new sock of the moron that used to use the term "clue and cause" all the time?

I'm getting an "I've seen this before" vibe from it.

Questions leftwingers can’t answer honestly.

There is no way for people to "come here illegally".
The treaties under which a third of the US was purchased, like the Treaty of Guadelupe Hidalgo, ensure that people retain their Spanish land grants, access, transportation, commerce, etc., regardless of citizenship.
The US cannot even legally ask for ID, much less arrest or deport anyone.
There is no legal way to prevent "open borders".
Which is why for over 100 years, the US had totally "open borders".
The attempt to prevent open borders is in conflict with the whole concept of the Constitution.
The natives were here first and have more right to be here than we European invaders.

Take the world cup and the Olympics from LA... they don't deserve to host either and they can't guarantee safety....
LA is officially a hell hole city....

You are the only one who thinks that... every legal expert has said he doesn't stand a chance... the president of the United States has more power than the left thinks...he has a sworn duty to defend the people...

Only under the requests by the states.

The US military (not law enforcement) is being used to ayggravate and incite violence in response to ICE’s brown shibeert tactics.

ponder how you would feel of an unidentified armed soldier with no identification and no probable cause accosted you at Home Depot and demanded your papers?

Because that’s what you’re justifying.

And Trump has already claimed that he intends to use these tactics on US citizens.
I have actually been at a Home Depot infested with illegals. They descend on the unwary like ferals. Some claim to have worked and not been paid. They demand money and threaten any one they deem intimidated. I want armed military in every parking lot where invaders might congregate. I want them met with live fire. That's what I justify. I have lived with this infection for decades. Lance the infestation boil.

ICE is not doing anything different from what they have always done... under every president including Obama... our government is useless if they can't defend our borders the people and property of this nation...
This would not be happening if Joe didn't open the border...

Wrong.
Open borders has always been the norm until around 1920, and it was fascist racism that caused the illegal closing of the borders.
We do not traditionally own the land, but purchased it along with the noncitizens who already occupied and used it. And in those treaties under which we purchased the land, we agreed to not require the natives to become use citizens. We agreed to not interfere with their Spanish land grants, commerce, transportation, etc.
So ICE is totally illegal.
They are harming US citizens as well, with illegal raids, arrests, and deportations.

Its 2025.... laws change... Obama deported more people than any president in history... where were you then when ICE was going door to door at workplaces in the cities....

Just so we are clear.

The FBI does not, and never has has the power to unilaterally usurp “permission” from te people’s representatives.

Not that Trash Patel knows the difference.
You’re claiming the FBI doesn’t have the right to enforce Federal laws?

LOL....Says the guy from NM....Easily the most FUBAR of the border states. It's hardly possible but NM is even more retarded than CA.

In fact that's some real "sovereign citizen" BS right there. :laughing0301:

Wrong.
States came first, and are independently sovereign.
They then later decided to create a federation that was national, but under very limited and restricted authority.
The only way the feds have any authority to tell any state what to do is if the state is violating the rights of individuals that the feds can then act for.
But the feds are not acting for anyone.
So they have no authority at all to violate state sovereignty.

In particular, the states purchased under the Treaty of Guadelupe Hidalgo, are required to not interfere in any way with the previous native occupants who were not required to become US citizens. The US can not interfere with their commerce, travel, occupancy, etc. in any way.

15th post
The 4th and 5th amendments are very clear.
What ICE is doing, like raiding Home Depot parking lots, is illegal since it got no judicial review or approval.
The people living around the Home Depot and the people who work there called ICE after not getting the police to respond... My friends grandson works at that very location.... the migrants were breaking into trucks and cars and peeing in the parking lot and fighting with each other... and leaving trash everywhere...

LOL man you are delusional.

You rant there is no legal way to prevent mass migration, then go to accuse all Europeans as “invaders”.

Thanks for exposing your hypocrisy and stupidity.
