You are justifying violence because you perceive ICE as a clear and present danger. You clearly have an issue with people being arrested and deported for breaking US Immigration Law and engaging in one or more of rape, murder, drugs and human trafficking.Wrong.
The capital protest was legal.
I do not agree with it, but the people had a right to be heard.
This protest is justified in being violent because ICE is a clear and present danger, in violation of due process laws.
ICE is the biggest threat this country ever faced.
What are the numbers of people that were arrested by ICE solely for illegal immigration and NOT provided due process?
Unless you have data to back up your premise that violence against ICE or any other law enforcement is justified, you are creating a slippery slope. Specifically, without supporting data, anyone can take a subjective interpretation and deem a law enforcement or government agency “a clear and present danger” and justify violence.
