Let’s do a thought experiment and imagine that the Arabs had gotten the better of the Israelis in the 1948 Arab–Israeli War and after years of conflict, all that was left of Israel was the Gaza strip.

Assume for a moment that instead of Palestinians, over 1.8 million Jews were crammed into the 11 mile Gaza strip and the state of Palestine, subsidized and supported by a superpower, was administering the calories to the Jews in Gaza, keeping them to a limit of 2,300 a day.

Imagine that instead of Palestinian children, it was Jewish children living under a Palestinian embargo that denied them toys, books, music and until a few years ago, even pasta. How do you think the world would react? Imagine if it were Palestinian commandos who had assaulted a peaceful cargo ship attempting to break the embargo to bring supplies to Jews in Gaza, killing nine, including one American. Do you think 85 US Senators would have signed a letter supporting the embargo on Gaza and the deadly attack on the cargo ship if that ship had been on a humanitarian mission to help Jews in Gaza?

Your paradox wouldn't happen. Here is the reasoning:
(1) If the Arabs ever get the upper hand like they did in 1929, they will not take amazing precautions to limit civilian lives, they won't only target sites that have weapons stashed in them, where missiles are being fired from or where militants are shooting from. No they will target ever inch of the land the Jews are on and will kill everyone man, woman or kid without discretion. The Israelis deserve a nobel peace prize for how they fought this war.

(2) If they Jews would NEVER use their children and civilians as human shields.They value life to much. The founder of Islamic Jihad once said, "We will win the war, because the Jews value life and we value death!"



So I can easily turn around your paradox and arrogant argument. What do you think Saudi Arabia would do if the UAE started to laugh 1000s of missiles at their country? What about if Kurdistan did it to Turkey? What if France did it to Germany? What if Portugal did it to Spain? What if Uruguay did it to Brazil? Or Belize to Mexico? Or Canada to the US? Or UKRAINE to Russia?

The response to the aggression by the weaker country that started the war would be total devastation. Heck when Georgia picked a fight with Russia, Russia went in and hit Georgia with a sledge hammer!

Do you think that Indeependent threatened fanger's life? What he meant is that fanger must feel great envy for the closeness Jews feel for each other, while Muslims kill each other. He meant that the envy must be eating her up inside.
