What happened when Lloyd Austin went to Surgery without telling the President?

Lloyd Austin goes to the hospital without telling the president and people lost their minds.

A timeline of Austin’s hospital fiasco: From cancer diagnosis to now

This week’s revelations that Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin was hospitalized due to complications from an earlier surgery to treat prostate cancer has spurred intense scrutiny of the former top general.

Austin apparently waited about a month to inform President Biden of his diagnosis, only telling him after the public scandal over his secrecy was well underway. It also took days for Biden to find out that his Defense chief had checked into the intensive care unit earlier this month.

So far, the White House says Austin maintains the full confidence of the president. However, Republicans in Congress are ramping up pressure on the administration to explain why Congress, other officials and the public were kept in the dark for so long. And the first House Democrat on Wednesday called for the Defense chief to step down.

But Hegseth can expose our plans wide open on unsecured platforms, and people create excuses for it.
What would be the point of telling Biden?

Would he remember it two minutes later?

Nothing was jeopardized. Pete didn't transmit any actionable intelligence. The SECDEF being totally out of pocket endangered our military's ability to respond to an emergency.
I have heard many high ranking military people say what Hegseth and company did was very dangerous. Our military personnel could have been put in harm's way. Nothing was jeopardized this time. What about next time?

You are straining to make a nothing burger into a something.

Typical IQ2 twatwafflery.

And here we see a classic example of defending a white --- who put our nation's security in jeopardy. Austin was in the hospital, he was not AWOL. Do you understand stupid white man?

Are you forced to defend Austin's incompetence because he's black? That's sad, dude.

1. The message was sent two hours before time on target. That isn't enough time for the enemy to react to the intel.

2. Pete never once mentioned a specific location, names of enemy personnel being targeted, nor any other detail that the enemy could use to make a plan to counterattack.

3. The only thing that went wrong was that a very anti-Trump reporter was accidentally (or not?) given access to the communications. The system wasn't breached, nor was the system unsecured. The system security worked perfectly, in fact. There was a human factor that caused the information to become public.

This has been blown so far out of proportion that it's unrecognizable.

Excuses. Excuses. Excuses. If Llyod Austin had done this very same thing, Republicans would be calling for his resignation. And you know that.

Yep, and we would have heard all the racist garbage about him not being the most qualified pick and how people shouldn't be placed in positions because of race and every other racist argument and dogwhistle these subhuman trifling scum could create.

No, it has not been blown out of proportion. Another excuse.

Yes, it has. You fuckers just needed something to rail about. The good news is, you got something new to lose your shit over...lol

Biden's Pentagon post Ukraine war plans on two social media sites. Included were maps showing Ukrainian troops positions and lists of their armaments. Did you lose you shit when that happened? If you didn't, then you need to STFU about this deal.

No it isn't, and you MAGATS don't get to determine this. Had this been done with Harris as president, your punk ss would be howling about a DEI president. So STHU.

Americans were not fighting in Ukraine. So again, STFU.
