What Happened to The Mall?

I'm not talking about my specific local mall because I will not disclose that information, but the mall in general. I went there today with one of my friends and it basically looked like a ghost town. Just lost two of its restaurants recently and one a while back.

I think that the mall and the movie theater are probably on their way out though because everybody shops online now and streams. It's also cheaper that way as well. I'm also not sure about where you live, but our mall has basically turned into a place of entertainment rather than shopping.
The main reason, I hear, why nobody goes to malls and department stores is because of violent and rowdy Black people have taken over the malls and department stores across the country.

Why would I want to go to a place were every store left I can order the same thing on-line and not have to put-up with 'the great unwashed",
No Shit Sherlock. ^^^^^^

Amazon Online is Awesome......You wish to say otherwise?
Walmart, I'll still go there, but it is out of my rural area, so NOT much.

I went to the Actual Home Depot/Lowes to buy Lights Today.
Why, same price, but I can see the actual product. Old School. Sorry.

You can't buy everything, at the best option, online.
Yes, Malls are out, but I still would rather go to DICK's (and many others) and try on a pair of pants, and sit in the dressing room, rather than hoping the size I ordered actually fits.

I actually went today, and didn't see ANY of what you describe.
Just mostly 18-25 year olds, asking if I needed assistance.

I LIVE on a rural Island. No Ferries or any other Boat transportation.
Unless you have a boat and a dock to land it.

To get to the Interstate takes 22 Minutes. I've timed this multiple times.

Online Buying is Great, but I also prefer the occasional visit to the Store Front.

I have not gone to a mall in a long time. I do not have first hand knowledge of what is going on at malls. This is just what I am hearing from other people.
