2) No, it's pretty dumb....we are talking $130K of what nobody disputes was his own personal money, not campaign funds like Edwards...which was millions of dollars....and as far as false business records, nobody disputes it was funds to his lawyer at the time....I don't recall the NY DA charging Clinton who the FEC actually found lied when she claimed the money she was paying Fusion wasn't legal fees....unlike with Trump, which the FEC never found with this.
