BHO said himself that he regretted not diving into long term infrastructure projects from the start of The Great Recession back in 2008. That's it.

Although he hates guns too, especially cop killing green tipped ammo, guns were never one of his priorities.

ACA was his biggest priority and like LBJ with Medicare and FDR with OASDI, ACA is now BHO's greatest legacy. It is now up to Schumer to preserve that legacy.

So BHO has left the obvious need for infrastructure improvements to Trump, and this will likely become Trump's greatest legacy in the next 4 to 8 years, in addition to more tax cuts for the rich, more oil drilling everywhere, more right wing nut fruitcakes in Federal office, etc.
