Elections do not give anyone rights to
violate the beliefs of others by forcing their own through govt.

For parties to abuse govt to establish their beliefs,
including either "right to life" beliefs or "right to health care",
violates Amendment One and constitutes Discrimination by Creed.

For whatever reason, we have tolerated Parties doing this,
perhaps in defense of our desire to impose political beliefs on others
as a preemptive strike to prevent others from imposing theirs.

Both are still discriminating by creed.
And for parties to COLLECTIVELY "collude or conspire,"
to violate equal civil rights of other people and parties to their own beliefs, should be treated as unlawfully as any other FELONY
to "conspire to violate civil rights."

The only reason I see why people don't pursue criminal prosecution
and charges is their own party is guilty of the same.

It's like the words in the sand that Jesus wrote when a crowd
threatened to stone a woman to death for adultery.

After he listed all their sins, nobody was left "guilt free" to
punish the woman, so they all walked away.

We need to be that honest, and maybe this bullying game will stop.

by organizing people by party.

As long as members of like party beliefs
agree to govern THEMSELVES under terms of
benefits and taxation they agree to, then when
all parties agree to the same, we can all be represented
equally by the parties, terms and programs of our choosing.

It would be like the 50 states under separate sovereign laws,
their members elect democratically for themselves,
while other states do the same, and all states agree to
federal policies that they all CONSENT to follow and fund.

Anything we disagree on can be relegated back to States or
to Party, whichever allows people to govern themselves under
their own policies. If we don't agree by federal or state laws,
we can separate tax policies and social programs/benefits by party.

people doing the obstruction pay for the costs of their own deadlocks.

We need to reward the leaders who can coordinate solutions
among parties. So if we the taxpayers consent to pay for cost effective
solutions that satisfy all parties, and refuse to pay for garbage and problems caused by failure to work out constitutional solutions,
then we put the bill for abuse, wrongdoing, incompetence or negligence
back on the people responsible. i wouldn't charge taxpayers for that unless you can identify WHICH taxpayers agreed to vote for and pay!
