Zone1 What did you want to grow up to be?

I perceived him as strong man and because he became the leader also i was fascinated with his ideology of the iron will that if you really have the will you can do it
Adolf had the will and still failed.

i think he was unique, in the sense of the uniforms, the totally new and "essetoric/occult" symbolic and beliefs like the swastika (ancient symbol) the marches of the soldiers, the heil hitler salute, the hitler youth, and his slogans like "triumph of the will" "ein volk ein reich ein führer" and "hart wie kruppstahl, zäh wie leder, flink wie windhunde"... its just fascinating

You would have made a good Obersturmbannführer.

OP must be reliving her childhood years, because this is a really dumb question for adults.
I don’t think it’s a dumb question, just wondering why multiple threads about it all the sudden

I actually wanted to be a nurse in elementary school. But soon discovered I have such a weak stomach. A couple of years ago we had nurses come in with fake legs who taught us how to pack wounds. Yes, yes, gunshot wounds. That's right.

Anyway.

The fake leg wounds made me queasy. Yeah, nursing is not for me.

(BTW yes, we live in insane times. I have to prominently display my tourniquet and packing gauze in my room. Good times)

When I was a little girl I wanted to become a cowboy and have my own horse. I guess I was gender fluid back then or something. Anyways, I grew up to become a dental hygienist in small town Texas. Before that I was married to a business man from Dallas and in charge of his books, and I handled human resources. I had to fire people over the years and it always distressed me, even assholes who would drink or do drugs on the job. There were always other people involved, women and children. The grin on Trump's face when he says "you're fired" in his reality show is something that have me great pause when Trump appeared on the political scene
A rally driver and/or Motorcross. Ended up in accountancy, then management, and then finally construction??

So nothing went to plan.
