Of course they are. Remember Daryl Issa, Trey Gowdy, They pretty much investigated Obama throughout his presidency. Remember Benghazi investigation for four years?

Congress can pretend to investigate all they want, but the do not have any means of doing any investigation at all.
All they do instead, is a propaganda show.
Once televised like this, you can't even charge anyone with a crime because they have tainted any potential jury pool.
And I saw so many lies go unchallenged, that the House should all be prosecuted.
The fact they investigated Obama and Hillary over things like Benghazi, does not make it right, but show how wrong it is.
The ONLY role the house has in "investigating" anything is from the fact only Congress can remove immunity from prosecution. They can not really investigate or prosecute anything.
