Along with his linking to the rules page, overall, here is the section applying specifically to posting in Zone 1, from that Page Kormac linked.

Generally, not that bad in Zone 1. I and all other Mods on the board, including Senior Mods have on a daily basis actioned Zone 1 participants and indeed Zone 1 threads. The board is a busy place, and not all Zone 1 threads are read at any given time by Moderation. When a Zone 1 ThreadPost is reported, somebody looks at it, making a determination, whether report is valid and the post, in fact breaks Zone 1 rules. Like reports in any other zone, sometime the report is reporting rule breaking, sometimes report only reflects the sensibilities of the reporter, though no rule of posting is broken. With only 5 Mods, total on the board, it is not uncommon for a report to go unanswered for a while, sometimes hours. Policy says all reports must be dealt with by Moderation. There used to be a stated goal for response on reports, back at a time when quite a few more Mods, were on the board. With present staffing level, that goal, by a Senior Mod, (no longer on The Board), is most likely not attainable. The rules are being ignored by numerous posters in the religion forum and nothing is apparently being done about them in spite of reporting them. For instance, members will create threads and then trolls come in and post off-topic responses or simply flame and derail the threads. Is this tolerated because management consists of atheists that despise religious discussions or do they simply not care about enforcing their own rules?
It's a fine line between derailing, being a bot, or maybe just not being very intelligent.
Any religion thread usually goes downhill at warp speed ..5.
That's the place you really want to have some thick skin.
I don't show up there much.
In b4 they start with the FSM silliness. There are passionate disagreements there and that's fine. It's the blatant trolling, flaming, and derailing by atheists that ruin that community and compel folks like you and others to not participate at all. The tolerance of such trolling is counterproductive to growing that community but evidently management doesn't care.
Exactly the same as they are everywhere else in this forum:
Whatever the mods decide at the moment. Do not expect the mods to adhere strictly to posted rules.
That way madness lies.

Whats missing ....

Oh hey. Good to see you're still kicking.AKA...they pick their battles. Some of those battles are more important than others.
I may be probably the last one to be saying this, but sometimes it's not good to poke the bear.I thought this was resolved before, but I suppose not.
What is the reason for notification for a removed post that doesn't show the post that was removed? Maybe the author would like to make the point a better way or at least get a better idea about why it was removed.

In addition, when I visit the thread to try to figure it out, I find multiple posts from others that sure as hell seem to be in violation of the rule, too.
Reported them, . . . nothing happens.
