He’ll still have the support of the Senate and the Supreme Court; the former will continue to rubber-stamp political appointments and the latter will allow Trump’s lawless executive orders to stand.

Indeed, Trump will maintain his authoritarian regime with lawless executive orders, he’ll continue to have control of the military and Federal law enforcement, and control foreign policy.

The only benefit will be Republicans won’t be able to enact their failed, wrongheaded agenda into law.

The short answer to your thread title is no. If the democrats couldn't contain TRUMP! in his first term, why do they think they can in his second, especially if they fail to control the House or Senate?
