The Rocker holds a flag with a eagle and the eagle holds "fasces" (rod bundle) the symbol of fascism and the imperial eagle? Then it says "The Last Command" also I thought W.A.S.P. means White Anglo Saxon Protestant, but it seems they gave them the acronym WASP because of something else?

Those are not fasces in its talons. Fasces are tied in a bundle, with an axe, usually.
