I don't choose to look at it that way, they're ALL liars until they consistently demonstrate otherwise and I haven't seen one that has been able to consistently demonstrate it yet. If a politician only tells the truth sometimes, he/she is a liar, if a politician tells the truth most of the time, he/she is still a liar, a politician that tells the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth 100% of the time is an honest politician and also about as common as a unicorn.
