We’re Finally Seeing the “Evidence” Against the Migrants Deported by Trump. It’s Unbelievable.

They are supposed to apply for asylum when they cross the border leaving their country.
Yep,
You must be physically present in the US or at a port of entry, demonstrate a well-founded fear of persecution based on race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion, and file your application (Form I-589) within one year of arriving in the US, with exceptions for changed or extraordinary circumstances.

The strange thing about asylum is that it forces most asylum seekers to break our law in to order apply. However Trump suspended asylum because of one of his 8 national emergencies he has going.

I wonder when the courts are going to tell him he can't use phony national emergencies in order to bypass the constitution and our laws.

Due process for Americans and legal guests. The invading criminals get thrown out. A due process hearing is quite short. Are you here illegally? Out you go. It's a strict liability crime with no viable defense.
So if you are an Asylum Seeker?

They are deporting people who are awaiting Asylum applications...

So, you're just pulling shit out of your rectum. Color me surprised.

14th thousand time, You'll have to ask Biden. Reasonable assumption is because he's a gangbanger that the administration considered a danger to the community
Son, I'm asking you why he was sent to an out of the country prison if he hasn't been charged with anything.

Can you answer that or just deflect over and over?

The law does not require he be charged with a crime. If you actually read it, perhaps your ignorance would not be so blinding

Creepy - the master of projection.

Just because hannity told you that was our law doesn't make it so.
Ha ha ha..... don't watch Hannity.....irks me.

Try again

The US recognizes the right to apply for asylum according to international treaties such as the 1951 refugee convention and it's1967 protocol.
They do, doesn't usurp US laws though.

Which law states that and when did congress enact that law?
Two minute mark.

The Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution protects individuals from self-incrimination, double jeopardy, and ensures due process of law, while also prohibiting the government from taking private property for public use without just compensation
Except when Trump invokes it.
