Welp,pulled the trigger on a new Lang!

Getting rid of my Pitts and Spitts,AKA Old Rusty, as we no longer cook for large groups.
Just ordered the Lang 36 reverse flow with the 4 wheel pneumatic tires for easy moving.

I think it's plenty big.
You can put 70 lbs of meat on the damn thing!
It's half the size of my current pit which was a pain in the ass to fire up for a 20 lb brisket.
