We have one 6 bone untrimmed prime ribeye,a 7 bone with the full ribs attached which will be trimmed for dry ageing.
And a 16 lb Prime full packer brisket.
Now comes the wait.....
We'll pull the Prime Ribeye at around 35 days,and the brisket at around 50 days.
