DC has the highest crime rate yet who was president for the last 5 years and now he thinkis that he is doing something about it. Then he chooses NYC.

Both locations that are his current residency.

So he is actually putting military troops in DC> Well they already have military troops but hey now they got a job to do.

D.C.’s violent crime rate is 54% higher than the highest state, New Mexico. It is 220% higher than the average.

So you can see why he is choosing DC first.
