Mr Mendoza made a serious mistake moving to the United States with no ability to communicate.

He made a further mistake by not befriending anyone for 15 years who COULD speak English.

Additionally Mr. Mendoza DID however learn American habits. He certainly understood enough English to get to the Unemployment office to initially sign up, didn't he? But when his lazy ass couldn't get up and find anyone in the trailor park to translate his denial notice, he ran into a problem.

Makes me want to hug a dolphin right NOW!!!!!

And we conveniently neglect the part where it says that he went to Texas to work in the oil fields. And the part where it acknowledges that he is here legally...

Both of which excuse any of this crap? Please. Liberals would be wise not to dawdle defending a case like this.

Besides the Hispanic population, which has grown in the state of Tennessee by 35 percent from 2000 to 2004, the Kurdish, Sudanese and Somali populations have grown in large numbers.

Well I certainly hope we have letters printed in all known dialects to accomodate them. Including whatever that one african one is where they just make lots of clicking noises. The letters we send out can be as thick as a phone book. What if the recipients don't read? Better have a recording too.

Or, we could try another approach: eliminate government benefits to the unemployed, regardless of race, color, or creed. :dev3:
