That Bernie Sanders won the popular vote in the primary by 22%. The PEOPLE wanted Bernie, not Hillary, but the Democrat party conspired to kick Bernie to the curb so that Hillary could be the nominee.

Attn: Democrat Party -- Never petition against your guy when they are winning the popular vote YOU FUCKING ASSHOLES.

He's where the democrat party should be. Enough of this slight right of center bullshit they think they have to be in order to win elections. It's time for them to be the party of progressives, not supplicants to big corp.

You are correct, Bernie Sanders was who the majority of Democratic Democratic supporters wanted, he represented the issues that since Franklin Roosevelt Democrats have supposed to care about.

Hillary is a Neo-Conservative Hawk and in bed with Mega Corporate Interests, she's for and is owned by those who historically Liberals have fought against.

The Party Establishment shafted Bernie Sanders, it was rigged from day one with Hillary's Super Delegates, they never were going to allow Sanders to become your nominee, he could have won every Primary and they still would have taken it from him and given it to Hillary.

You should be and if Trump is any way half successful, he's put together a new coalition of people, that now include what can be called Trump Democrats, like the Reagan Democrats and if Trump can bring jobs to those people they'll stay with him and stay within the new coalition.

The Democratic Party establishment got this very wrong, their arrogance and taking a group of people for granted because they'd voted Democratic for so long has backfired in a spectacular way.

If they'd have listened Bernie Sanders would have been the nominee, instead they forced Hillary as the nominee and now they stand in the rubble for making a very bad decision.

Why the funny ptbw? You don't agree?
If you ran Sanders black and Latino turnout would be even lower in exchange for a slightly higher millennial vote.

Trump would have also done much better among educated white voters if they were faced with voting for Trump or a lunatic Commie.

In short, you would have had a Reagan landslide with only Vermont and possibly California going blue and your party would already be on its way out.

Your party leaders knew this and chose Hillary to at least have a chance.

If Bernie Sanders would have been the Democratic Nominee, then Donald Trump wouldn't have won Wisconsin, Michigan or Pennsylvania.

If you look at the historically Democratic Counties in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania, many who've voted Democratic for nearly 60 years they abandoned Hillary Clinton, in the Primaries they also voted for Bernie Sanders.

This suggests that Bernie Sanders would have had a good chance of holding Wisconsin and Michigan, Pennsylvania would have been much closer and on the same turnout in poorer areas of Pittsburgh and Philadelphia then Sanders would have also have had a chance of holding Pennsylvania.

They vote Democrat because Republicans had previously wrote them off.

Sander's only real support is in the universities.
