The fact are a covid case is always paid based on services received regardless of whether they have covid, the flu, or just pneumonia. The only additional payments a hospital receives is 15% of the cost of ventilation for Medicare patients which is a miniscule amount compared to the total cost of treating covid. Currently the AHA estimates that hospitals have lost 358 billion dollars due to Covid. If something isn't done soon we're going to see hospitals closing around the country because they will not be able to pay their employees.

Remember that in other countries they have socialized medical care. It doesn't matter to them whether they treat somebody with Covid or somebody with heart disease. Either way it pays the same. PO2 levels automatically decrease even in elderly people who have no medical complications at all. It's just part of aging. The same thing happens with growth hormones which is why many of us gain weight as we age.

Not a one tested positive or became ill during quarantine. The chance of you getting covid off of food products or packaging is about the same odds you have of hitting the lottery. The 2020 election is vastly different than 2016. First, turnout is going to be a lot higher which tends to favor democrats. Also the demographics of voters is different.
