We re in a Constitutional Crisis By Judges

It's perfectly sustainable as it's been the situation for decades. It's like when SCOTUS confirmed the district court preventing Trump from using the Alien Enemies Act to deport people.

We didnt have injunctions for decades, or at least virtually none. Trump got 16 within a couple months. This isnt sustainable, therefore the SC will rule against it, 9-0.

That’s because every other president exercised restraint and Trump has decided to smash norms and legal boundaries making it necessary to slow things down.

No, its because judges exercised restraint in the past, but democrats put a bunch of activist judges on the bench that have no qualms about abusing their power, which is why the SC will rule in favor of Trump.

The feeling that a judge assigned to the eastern shore of Maryland can override and dictate to Trump and make a pronouncement effecting All of America is absurd beyond the pale

Consider the things he’s gotten injunctions about.

Using the Alien Enemies Act to send people to a foreign gulag is totally unprecedented. An emergency injunction is appropriate because Trump was doing everything he could to send the people out of the country without the courts getting involved and because once they are out of the country, there’s nothing the courts can do about it.

I mean, every time SCOTUS upholds a lower court ruling, they’re saying that lower courts have authority over the president. This idea makes no sense.
SCOTUS does not agree with district courts every time, but too often to suit me.
If/when SCOTUS rules it proves co-equal branch power as per the Constitution.
What makes no sense is Trump obeying the district courts.

Why didnt the judge just limit his decision to Garcia then? Nooo, he had to make it a nation wide injunction. We sent Garcia home, and he isnt in that notorious prison anymore anyway. He was only there briefly. He is a citizen of El Salvador. He is where he belongs and no judge is going to force a foreign nation to hand over one of its citizens.

The judge overstepped his authority because, he is an activist judge, which the SC WILL remedy.
