Once SCOTUS says Trump has to listen to lower courts, which is obviously how the constitution works, then they don’t have to make decisions “case by case”.

If the judges are radical Socialist Communists, then that means we have had a coup. A coup that has happened over many decades. A growing percentage of citizens care not of their personal safety.

Appeals courts take years, so any biased judge can shut down a presidents entire term. That would be a pretty fucking stupid way to handle things, wouldnt you agree?

I didnt follow those cases closely enough to know if they even compare, but regardless, this WILL happen to the next democrat president if it isnt fixed, and these instances have been ramping up dramatically, so you should expect to see all presidents get totally shut down if we dont do something about it.

They take a year on average, sometimes multiple years. We cant have some dipshit shutting down an elected presidents agenda for a year, then reword the challenge and squeeze out another year, and so on. Furthermore, why not just shut down every presidents last year, or first year, second year, or third year?
