Every document he ever read or handled in the WH or that he took with him to MAL for weekend or evening work time, was fully within the scope of his duty and as such, a POTUS really CAN'T be charged for keeping such documents after they've been declassified. How does that alchemy work? It's as simple as an utterance from his lips.

While Hillary may have turned over 33k emails, that was a tiny fraction of the emails she sent, and she destroyed all the rest so the FBI could never check them.
That is why they were so interested in Weiner's laptop, since it had at least a few hundred of the ones Hillary had NOT turned over.
And Hillary absolutely sent portions of classified docs.
That is well proven.

Second is that the whole point of being required to use State Dept. email servers is not about classified docs.
It is about saving docs for NARA and FOIA. And Hillary saved nothing. She destroyed it all.
