Can Trump not govern if the other two branches can check him?

In a May 29, 2025 press briefing, Caroline Leavitt did say: “America cannot function safely long-term if we are unable to scale advanced domestic manufacturing capacity…” She was criticizing a federal trade court ruling that blocked Trump’s global tariff policy, calling it judicial overreach, not a rejection of coequal branche. While she defended Trump’s authority in foreign trade and national security, she did not reject the constitutional system of checks and balances.

However, adviser Stephen Miller in 2017 said his national security powers will not be questioned.

Simply put: **** you, Miller.

The president will not be allowed to hide unconstitutionality behind his security powers. Don't think that after eight years that Trump does not want full powers.

Since you don't quote exactly what Stephen Miller said, in context, I must assume you are talking out your ass once again.

An out of context quote attributed to an advisor from 2017?

Have you really sunk this low? You really think this is worthy of outrage?

You are beyond pathetic. I pity you.

Is there some sort of point to that TDS gibberish? Lots of senseless whining, no substance. Liberals don't even try anymore. Pathetic.

Jake has always been pathetic.

Always.

Jake has always been pathetic.
Fakey has indeed always been pathetic and Retarded Horses is always pathetic, too.

But, their styles of writing are a bit different.

One may not be the sock of the other. Just a coincidence that they are both libturds here at USMB, perhaps?
