If anything the ODNI report undersold Russian involvement since it was only put together two months after the election. Further investigation showed it was more extensive.

Obama’s people said that Russia did not successfully hack election infrastructure to change votes, which was true and not included in the ODNI report. I don’t know why Gabbard thinks that’s a crime, but apparently she does. Because she’s kind of crazy.

It absolutely does. The president was engaging in an act of war on foreign soil and that is an uncontested authority of the executive. He cannot be criminally prosecuted for anything related to engaging in war.
