Just saw Chip Roy (TX) say that his committee will NOT pass the Bill.
He wants a 2-month extension so a real Bill that gets the US Budget back to pre-Covid levels approved

I agree with Chip. There is no fucking way that Biden should have a $4T Debt Limit increase, with the 2024 Budget agreed to.
