We need to look up the ways of Communism. The Soviet Union actually had many free things but it didn't work out that way. People had to bribe officials to get their "free" stuff. Barter and Black Market practices were the norm. As our progression to this result increases, these things will increase also. Government as we know can be very sluggish in getting things done. And bureauacracy that is much more massive here will slow things down to a crawl. So near free medical may need paying a bribe to people involved to get your treatment at some point. The proliferation of thousands and thousands of more gangs will also cause a massive black market for pilfered products and services when included with people in local areas doing business the same way and using bartering tactics to survive in a system that takes to much of another's income. We just have to look it at it a bit differently. The new realities and the transformation will be what humans have seen in its history. The next day, the Democrats quickly aligned the troops behind Biden and dismissed the other candidates.
