There is no real evidence against Trump, and that also is an illegal attempt to attack political opponents.
One way you can tell, is that the things Trump is being charged with, are many years ago.
Second is that all real criminal charges are over the defense of someone who was harmed.
And there is no victim in the cases involving Trump.
The first impeachment was over asking Zelensky to do his job and investigate Burisma Holdings.
The Ukraine was going to investigate Burisma Holdings in 2014, but Joe Biden threatened to withhold US aid unless they fired Shokin, the prosecutor who was going to look into Burisma Holdings.
The second impeachment was over Jan6, which clearly was protected by the 1st Amendment.
Classified docs are all under presidential executive orders that specifically exempt presidents and ex-presidents.
It is impossible for loan applicants to be held liable for any sort of evaluation, since by law all bank evaluations have to be done by an independent auditor.
Any claim of fake electors has to be a lie since the alternate electors are all selected by the parties, ahead of time. And they cast their votes in the state legislature, where everyone knows them and how they are supposed to vote.

So this case is just like the Trump cases.

None of his crimes are about Democrats or Republicans but ALL of his crimes are about Donald Trump violating the law trying to grab power for the sole benefit of Donald Trump.
