Speaker Mike Johnson floats eliminating federal courts as GOP ramps up attacks on judges

The popular will (51% or 72%) has no inherent judicial power.

We elect our representatives, they make the law, and the judges enforce it.

That is how our defused electoral power works.

Administrative is not being the cop.
Bro, the Executive executes the laws. The Judiciary adjudicates the laws when disputes arise between parties under the law.

We have rule by the judges. It's called a kritarchy. Kritarchy is fundamentally at odds with the separation of powers and the character of the American political system.

You can keep saying white is black all you want. A hint: it will never change. You will never be right on this issue. You are on thread ignore for this thread forever now.

SCOTUS could end this by clearly stating only SCOTUS has the ability to direct the Executive Branch, all other Courts and Judges lack standing
