Just curious where you got your information? North Carolina established the no-excuse absentee ballot in 2000, thirteen years prior to the Republican super majority, and this framework was adopted for the more recent mail-in ballots that voters can request. North Carolina requires all mail-in ballots (including absentee) to arrive by 7:30PM election night or it will not be counted. In addition, mail-in ballots are tallied and available on election night.

On a side note I find it interesting that the black man in the linked article is afraid to go help them because he knows they will kill him basically on site but still votes for trump.

Trump said he would be a dictator for a day. I would suggest that on that day he cancel all mail-in elections and other early elections. Because it's clear to anyone with half a brain that it was invented so that at the right moment, in case of defeat in a normal election, they could present the fabricated “votes” in advance.
