Just curious where you got your information? North Carolina established the no-excuse absentee ballot in 2000, thirteen years prior to the Republican super majority, and this framework was adopted for the more recent mail-in ballots that voters can request. North Carolina requires all mail-in ballots (including absentee) to arrive by 7:30PM election night or it will not be counted. In addition, mail-in ballots are tallied and available on election night.

You're not a very bright bulb. This election law, passed in the early 2000, required mail-in ballots to be postmarked no later than, and including, election day. Since 2020, the election law has been amended to require mail-in ballots to be received no later than ~5:00-7:30PM on election night. I'm not 100% sure on the time as I've seen two different times called out; Regardless, mail-in ballots will be counted as they are received, and late mail-in ballots will not be counted.

I'd also suggest you provide evidence of claims, as opposed to stating a claim and requiring others to do your research.

They are primed for another shot at insurrection and installing a king rather than an elected president. trump and his cronies have been working towards this moment for years because they know he cannot win a legitimate election no matter how many poll they pay for.

On a side note I find it interesting that the black man in the linked article is afraid to go help them because he knows they will kill him basically on site but still votes for trump.
