Pedro doesn't speak English and therefore has zero communication skills; he's uneducated and therefore isn't very smart. Pedro's job potential is very limited. Pedro can push a corn cart, mow a lawn and possibly pound a nail without extensive and costly employee training.
With millions of REAL American's out of a job and who knows how many Pedro's standing at Home Depot's begging for work all over the country how would allowing more Pedro's in on a work visa help anything in any way? We don't need what they have to offer.

Our current visas are not market friendly. A market friendly work visa would also, identify foreign labor to the several States.

In any case, simply having a visa would not be a guarantee of a job, but only the opportunity to try their luck in our markets.

A fifteen dollar an hour minimum wage and unemployment compensation at fourteen dollars an hour, means more efficient labor will tend to be hired.
