Watchdog Law Reform

Congress needs to tighten up the Watchdog Law so that it can't be abused again like Adam Schiff did in his Ukraine fiasco.
Schiff abused the Watchdog Law to give his political spies cover and immunity.
The Democrats have turned impeachment into a political harassment tool.

Part of me says leave it alone. Next time a marxist Dim is elected POTUS (400 years from now?), start drawing up the impeachment papers at the inauguration.... literally.
